LU Land breakfast seminar #25: Grazing and biodiversity - can we improve nature values through adjustments in grazing pressure and innovations in grazing systems?

6 December 2023 08:30 to 09:30 | Seminar
En ko betar på en äng

Grazing is a key measure to preserve natural pastures, which are some of Sweden's most important habitats from a nature and cultural conservation point of view. Today, however, many valuable lands are overgrazed or become overgrown due to suboptimal grazing pressure. To create innovative, more profitable grazing systems, experiments with virtual fences are underway.
