Decent work and economic growth – a possibility or a miss?

The Sustainable Development Goal number 8, ‘Decent work and economic growth’, is based on the idea that decent employment opportunities create fair globalization and reduce poverty. But the goal is often seen as conflicting with other goals. How can economic growth be ensured while also ensuring a sustainable planet?

There will be a limited number of seats available, so it is on a first come first served basis. The workshop is primarily open to PhD students and researchers at Lund University, but even students and participants from other universities or fields are welcome to join.
