Climate models point the way towards the future

The climate issue is one of the biggest global societal challenges of our time. Research on where the climate is heading is an important part of that work, both to monitor the impact of emission reductions agreed between countries worldwide in Paris 2015, but also to be better prepared for the elements of climate change we will not be able to avoid. A climate model developed by researchers from Lund University and other institutes is becoming increasingly significant in view of the next major international climate report from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).
